A Letter from the Vicar :
Rev Philip Rowe Almondsbury Vicarage 01454 613223 Dear Reader, As Christians, we know that God is the ultimate owner of all things, and he entrusts us with the stewardship and responsibility for using what he has given us. Also, we are people who count our blessings; both that God gave himself for us in Jesus Christ, and for the material blessings that we have received in this life. So we encourage each person in the church to consider prayerfully how much money God is calling them to give to the mission and ministry of St Mary’s Almondsbury. Alongside are charts that give brief details of the expenditure and income of Almondsbury Church. If you wish to know more, please email our Treasurer, Paul van Rossum, who will send you the latest copy of the church accounts. If you wish to arrange or update your giving, please download a Banker’s Order to fill in and send to your bank. If you are able to Gift Aid your donations it will also be of great benefit. Please take time to pray this through. Without the financial backing of our congregations, our capability for ministry and outreach will be diminished.
